Join us in Crete for a few days of nourishing, colorful food, gentle movement, breath, yoga, exploration of ancient sites, and unhurried time to rest. This isn’t a packed schedule or a “fix yourself” kind of retreat, it’s spacious, optional, and guided by people who genuinely love what they offer. We’ll move, breathe, eat beautifully, and walk the land, with time at wells, caves, and the sea, all places long associated with the gods and goddesses who have called this island home. Myth and story are part of the experience, not as belief, but as a way of seeing ourselves more clearly and with more kindness. People often arrive tired and leave feeling more like themselves; steadier, lighter, and more joyful.
