Jenna Barnes
Jenna is a chef, herbalist, and guide whose work blends nourishment, ritual, and seasonal wisdom. She believes food is medicine, and that every meal can be a moment of care, connection, and delight.
Her journey began on an organic farm in San Diego, where she studied herbalism and farm-to-table practices, and evolved through years of traveling worldwide, learning from local ingredients and culinary traditions. Alongside this, Jenna spent years working as a guide with Backcountry, leading groups on outdoor adventures—an experience that shaped her attentive, grounded approach to caring for people in natural settings.
In 2020, she turned fully toward wellness-focused cuisine, creating meals, herbal infusions, and elixirs for retreats and pop-up gatherings. Her offerings are rooted in presence and practicality, designed to nourish the body while honoring the rhythms of the land and the people gathered around the table.
