Liv Julie
Liv is a facilitator, breathworker, Ayurvedic chef, and photographer whose work weaves body, mind, and spirit into practices that invite presence, insight, and quiet transformation. Through yin yoga, dance, and ceremonial breath sessions, she guides participants to release tension, awaken inner energy, and reconnect with their natural rhythm.
Her approach is deeply embodied, honoring the rise of Shakti and the sensual return to self. Liv’s sessions explore movement, stillness, and breath as pathways to clarity, creativity, and personal aliveness. Alongside group practices, she also offers private dance sessions, creating intimate spaces for embodied expression, exploration, and gentle self-discovery.
Threaded through her work is a love of nourishment, ritual, and creative expression. Liv often brings her voice into the space—singing to open or close gatherings, and to softly accompany evening moments—adding warmth, beauty, and a sense of shared presence. Her offerings create an atmosphere where participants feel seen, supported, and at home in their own bodies
